Join the Hallberg Center for the Arts and Chisago Lakes ECFE for a FREE art & story time activity for children from birth to 3 years old! In this 45 minute class kids and parents will hear a story and sing along with our instructors, before doing a fun and engaging art project. This month is all about sea shells!
