Hallberg Center for the Arts Introduces the 10th Annual In. Art Exhibit!

The Hallberg Center for the Arts proudly announces the 10th Annual In. Art Show & Competition, a premier juried exhibition celebrating artistic excellence across diverse mediums with an Opening Reception on Thursday, July 17 from 5pm-7:30pm. Hosted at the Hallberg Center for the Arts in Wyoming, Minnesota, this milestone event offers artists a platform to showcase their work and compete for a share of $5,000 in awards. There are 67 finalists on display in the art center’s Freemore Gallery. The contest includes 11 prizes awarded by three independent judges as well as three People’s Choice Awards determined by in-person voting from the public. The People's Choice voting begins on Opening Night, July 17, and voting closes on Wednesday, August 13th at 8pm. The opening night reception also includes musical accompaniment from Tim Lackas and John Knowles. The competition concludes on Thursday, August 14th with an Award Ceremony beginning at 6pm. The evening features the musical stylings of Ava Lambert (cello) and Natasha Montzka (violin). During the ceremony, which will be streamed live by Lakes Area TV, the awards will be revealed to the participants and guests, and feedback provided from the judges and their selections.
