Juxtapositions Art Exhibit at Hallberg Center for the Arts
5521 East Viking Blvd
Wyoming, Minnesota 55092
"Juxtapostions" in the Freemore Gallery, sponsored by Deb Hoffmeister, features the art of Carole Bersin and Nancy Conger. Carole Bersin is a drawer and painter primarily working in narrative realism with art as a way of processing her experience as a human being in the world. In her work she seeks to depict the everyday stories in the fabric of existence - past, present and future - that connect us all. Nancy Conger is a multi-media artist, performer, musician and writer. Her visual works are in the realm of quirky, unusual and thought-provoking. Shown in this exhibit will be skirts of all kinds, some wearable, some purely sculptural, designed to delight, surprise, and inspire perspective on matters of our time. The Opening Night reception begins on Thursday, October 16th from 5:00 - 7:30pm with complimentary snacks and beverages from The Uncommon Loon Brewery, White Pine Coffee, and wine with the support of County Line Liquors. Live music will be provided by Nathan Frazer.
