Kids Are Artists Too: "Monet's Cat" & Waterlilies - FREE @ the Hallberg Center for the Arts

This Month we will be reading Monets Cat, and will be making a painting using every day materials to create our own impressionist water lily painting! This inclusive class is designed for all ages and skill levels. The session begins with an inspiring picture story read by local storyteller and tutor, Ashley, followed by an engaging art project led by local artist, Surelle. (Parents are required to stay with younger children.) This FREE class was made possible by the voters of MN through a grant from the East Central Regional Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund!
