Kids Are Artists, Too: story & nature weavings- FREE @ the Hallberg Center for the Arts

Come to the Hallberg Center for the Arts to experience a free art experience the 4th Saturday of this month! This inclusive art class is for all ages and abilities. Class begins with a brief, inspiring picture story, and then is followed by an art project. This Month we will be reading Anywhere Artist, by Nikki Slade Robinson, and making Nature Weavings, using all kinds of unexpected materials to create our masterpieces! (Parents, please plan on staying with young children.) This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the East Central Regional Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. Thank you! This project also receives funding from the St. Croix Valley Foundation and the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin.
