Senior Artistic Outreach; Chalk Pastels - Hallberg Center for the Arts

Chalk Pastel Sea Turtles- Free Senior Art Class This fun and creative project is designed especially for seniors! In this month's class we will be using Chalk Pastel and charcoal to create a glowing underwater scene. This class is excellent for beginners, and we will have everything you need to make this fun project. This program is a fun way to make friends, and get creative in a relaxed, supportive environment. This FREE class was made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the East Central Regional Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. This grant enables us to bring free art classes to artists who are seniors, encouraging creativity, vitality, and community. Cost: FREE, but please consider becoming a member to support more programming like this. These classes fill up quickly, but if it's full, please register to get on the waiting list!
