Stone Carving Workshop

Learn the traditional art of hand carving from stone carver Bethany Lee. Participants will learn stone carving techniques and then carve their own design into a piece of soapstone to take home. Pants and closed-toed shoes required! AGES 12 AND UP. This activity is made possible by a grant from the Hugh J. Andersen Foundation and by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
