ECRAC Emergency Relief Fund gift applications for Artists/Culture Bearers are available now through December 31, 2026, or until funding is depleted. This is a rolling deadline and applications are reviewed twice monthly on a priority basis. Past, current, or new grantees are all eligible. An applicant's emergency situation must have occurred within the past 12 months, and be related to healthcare, housing, equipment, or other legal emergencies. This gifts are funded by private foundations and are privately awarded.
ECRAC Resiliency Grants for Artists/Culture Bearers and Organizations are available for FY 2026 through June 30, 2026, or until funding is depleted. This is a rolling deadline and applications are reviewed on a priority basis. Past, current, or new grantees are all eligible.
Also available (through the end of June, 2026), is a reimbursement for Zoom Pro accounts for groups of artists or arts organizations and also professional development Event Scholarships for artists or art project personnel. These grant programs are funded in part by appropriations from the Minnesota State Legislature, with money from the State's general fund and its Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund. This fund was created by a vote by the people of Minnesota on Nov. 4th, 2008. These programs are also funded in part by the McKnight Foundation.
