This is the 36th year of IMAGE, an annual judged art show, sponsored by the East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC). The IMAGE Art Show has been hosted by different art groups, organizations, or group of individuals interested in the arts. In the last few years ECRAC has hosted the show at our office. The ECRAC office is now in Hinckley, MN.
This year the IMAGE Art Show will take place at the Grand Event Center in Mora, Minnesota on November 10, 11 & 12, 2023. An online gallery of all the artwork will also be available at ECRAC.org.
There is no fee to participate in IMAGE. However, artists wishing to exhibit a work of art in the IMAGE Art Show must read and complete this online entry form and submit it before or on the deadline date of October 31, 2023 at noon. No late entries can be accepted. If you need assistance with your entry or if you have any questions you can leave a message at (320) 336-0200, or preferably, email image@ecrac.org.
All IMAGE Art Show exhibitors must be at least 18 years old and be residents of Region 7E (the Minnesota Counties of: Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine). Artwork must be original (conceived and executed by you, the artist exhibitor), recent (completed within the last three years), and must not have been exhibited in prior IMAGE Art Shows.

Judge's Choice (two overall) - $600
People's Choice - $400 (awarded after the show)
Excellence Award (ten overall) - $300
Merit Awards (ten overall) $200

Online Entry Deadline:

Artwork Drop Off:
Wednesday, November 8th Noon to 7pm
Thursday, November 9th 9am to 2pm
Artwork Pick Up:
Sunday, November 12, 2023, 2pm to 4pm (after the show ends)
IMAGE Art Show displayed at the Grand Event Center Mora:
Friday, November 10 Noon to 8pm
Saturday, November 11 Noon to 8pm
Sunday, November 12 10am to 2pm
Awards Ceremony:
Saturday, November 11th, 2023, at 2 pm. People's Choice will be announced on Sunday after the show closes and the ballots are counted.
Award winners will be exhibited at the ECRAC Gallery in Hinckley during November.

About the East Central Regional Arts Council
The East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) is a non-profit 501c3 organization that has been designated by the Minnesota State Arts Board as the regional arts council for Region 7E in East Central Minnesota. The mission of the East Central Regional Arts Council is to support the arts and bring the life enhancing values they afford to Region 7E residents.
