Kids Are Artists, Too: story & pastel sunflowers- FREE @ the Hallberg Center for the Arts

Come to the Hallberg Center for the Arts to experience a free art class the 4th Saturday of this month! This inclusive art class is for all ages and abilities. Class begins with a brief, inspiring picture story, and then is followed by an art project. This Month we will be reading Vincent Eats Sunflowers by Elaine Hammermaster Godinez, and creating our own chalk pastel sunflowers! (Parents, please stay with young children.) This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the East Central Regional Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
