The East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) is offering grant information sessions in preparation for the upcoming October 1, 2026, and February 1, 2027, arts grant deadlines. Grant info sessions are for both artists and organizations to assist with questions about who is eligible, what can be applied for, when you should start our application, and where to find everything to apply for an ECRAC arts grant. These sessions cover basic information about ECRAC arts grant programs, tips and best practices, as well as recent changes to the grant application process and guidelines. If you’ve already attended a grant information session, a refresher is a great way to keep you up to date!

Artists and eligible Organizations located in Minnesota's Region 7E, the counties of Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine, including the sovereign Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe lands, may apply for art grant funds. Now is a great time to start planning your art project and thinking about applying while funds are available.
Grant Information Sessions for Artists will be both in-person and online. The in-person sessions will be held at the ECRAC office at 540 Weber Ave in Hinckley, on August 25th at 2 PM, Sept 15th at 3 PM, Dec 16th at 3 PM and Jan 5th at 3 PM and Feb 9th at 10 AM. The online sessions will be held via Zoom on Aug 27th at 10 AM, Sept 17th at 10 AM, Dec 17th at 10 AM, Jan 5th at 6:30 PM and Feb 11 at 11 AM.

If you’re with an art group, non-profit organization, school, or public entity and want to learn about funding available for your organization's art project for the upcoming ECRAC grant deadlines, ECRAC will host both in-person and online grant information sessions. The in-person sessions will be held at the ECRAC office at 540 Weber Ave in Hinckley on Aug 25th at 10 AM, Sept 15th at 10 AM, Dec 16th at 3 PM and Jan 13th at 1 PM. The online sessions will be held via Zoom on Aug 27th at 2 PM, Sept 17th at 2 PM, Dec 17th at 2 PM and Jan 16th at 6:30 PM.
