Upcoming Gallery Exhibition

We’re excited to welcome you to our upcoming exhibition in the Hinckley gallery. It will be open weekdays from July 20 to 30 from 10 am to 2 pm and there will be a closing reception on Friday, July 31, from noon to 3 pm! This art show will highlight the creativity and talent of artists in our region. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience the artwork in person.

We look forward to seeing you in the ECRAC gallery!

New: Emergency Relief Fund for Artists

In response to the challenges many artists are facing, we are proud to introduce our Emergency Relief Fund. This new initiative is designed to support artists in our region experiencing unexpected financial hardship, helping to ensure that creative work can continue during uncertain times. Additional details, and the application form are available now.

Grant Opportunities – Save the Date

Mark your calendars! Our next grant deadline is October 1.

Updated application materials and revised grant guidelines will be available in mid-August. We encourage all artists planning to apply to review the updates and begin preparing early.

Important Update: IMAGE 40th Anniversary

We’re excited to share an important update about our next IMAGE Art Show:

  • The 40th Anniversary of IMAGE will take place in the summer of 2027
  • It will be hosted in our Hinckley office gallery
  • The exhibition will be on view for an extended period, rather than just one weekend

This expanded format will allow for deeper engagement and greater access and we can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you next year!

Share Your Events on the ECRAC Calendar

Did you know you can promote your art events through ECRAC?

Our ECRAC and Local Art Events Calendar is a growing hub for arts happenings across the region and we want your events included!

  • Any art event taking place in our five-county region can be added
  • Artists who live in the region can also share events happening anywhere, including online events

This is a great way to increase visibility, connect with audiences, and support a vibrant regional arts community. Start sharing your events today or start planning the next event you'll attend!

Juneteenth Closure

Our office will be closed tomorrow, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and is a time to reflect on freedom, history, and the ongoing pursuit of equity and justice. We honor this day and its significance in our shared history.
