Help Shape the Future of Arts & Culture in East Central Minnesota
What arts and cultural opportunities would you like to see in your community? What is working well today, and where are there opportunities to grow?
The East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) is conducting a Community Arts & Culture Needs Assessment, and we want to hear from you. Whether you're an artist, culture bearer, educator, community leader, volunteer, audience member, or simply someone who cares about the place you call home, your feedback matters.
Your responses will help ECRAC better understand strengths, needs, barriers, and opportunities throughout our region. The information gathered will help guide future grants, programs, services, and partnerships that support arts, culture, creativity, and community life in East Central Minnesota.
The survey takes about 5-7 minutes to complete, and everyone is welcome to participate!
As a thank-you to our community, ECRAC is also offering an optional chance to win a $750 prize through a separate drawing entry form. No purchase, donation, or survey completion is necessary to enter.

Thank you for helping us build a vibrant future for arts and culture across our region!
