The East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) is accepting applications for the March 1st grant deadline. Funding is available to artists, k-12 students, and eligible arts organizations located in Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine Counties. Available grants include:

Franconia Sculpture Park is currently seeking a visionary Executive Director who will support artists, staff, board, and community partners while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for the nearly 200,000 annual visitors to the park.

Art Events Are Back!

This year was the 35th anniversary of the regional IMAGE Art Show and it was back to an in-person community event on November 4th and 5th at the Grand Event Center in Mora.  The show is sponsored and hosted by the East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC). Judges were artist Jonathan Thunder of Duluth, and art administrator Bethany Whitehead of St.

DEADLINE IS SATURDAY OCTOBER 15 11:59PM!

Saturday October 15th's 11:59 pm deadline is coming soon and we want to see your art, along with the dozens that have entered already.

This is the 35th year of IMAGE, an annual judged art show, sponsored by the East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC). The IMAGE Art Show has been hosted by different art groups, organizations, or group of individuals interested in the arts. In the last few years ECRAC has hosted the show at our office. The ECRAC office is now in Hinckley, MN.

The summer is officially over and it has been a busy arts season in East Central Minnesota. The global pandemic has reminded us just how important the arts are to our well-being, and how lucky we are to have so many high-quality, inclusive, accessible arts experiences in our region.
