Minnesotans are known for working hard, for being generous, and for pulling together in times of crisis. That spirit has never been more present than in this unprecedented and challenging moment.
2019 Essential Artist Award
The East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) voted last night to approve a new grant program. ECRAC developed the COVID-19 emergency response grant to provide funding of up to $600 for artists and art organizations to do art projects online or in other forms during the current shut down of arts venues.
Dear ECRAC community members,
We want all in our arts community to know that even while the office and gallery are closed ECRAC staff members are available to respond to your questions, as usual, by phone and email. We know that the COVID-19 Pandemic and National Emergency is having an impact on your activities and your livelihood. This situation is new and alarming for all of us. We want to be as helpful to you as possible.

What is COVID-19?
ECRAC is temporarily closed again as of November 20, 2020, however, staff is available and working remotely. Call or email us for assistance or any questions you have.
The Minnesota arts community is using Springboard for the Arts' to share resources for artists and organizations with art events.
