The second half of the class will be spent on ideas for functional art. Participants will learn how to make unique cards and booklets. This class is led by popular local artist Mary Ann Rivard and will fill up quickly, so grab your seat today!

Almost, Maine

Play Inc. Arts presents the play, ALMOST, MAINE in their studio on May 30th at 7:00 PM and May 31st at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10 and available on www.cur8.com or at the door. Limited Seating! ALMOST, MAINE is a series of nine amiably absurdist vignettes about love, with a touch of good-natured magic realism…witty, romantic, unsentimental. A beautifully structured play, with nifty surprise endings (most but not all of them happy).

Reverse Decoupage

Reverse Decoupage – a creative and relaxing workshop. This is a great class for a beginner, or any experience level. You’ll create a lovely decorative plate or small vase using a reverse decoupage technique. This is essentially decoupage done backwards to create a unique layered effect. We will start by reviewing the process and selecting our glassware and design. No experience is required for this step-by-step process with an experienced instructor. All supplies are provided. These items make great gifts! Bring a friend and enjoy the creative process together.
