Songwriters in the Round #52 at Hallberg Center for the Arts

Every month, the Wyoming Area Creative Arts Community brings in 3 songwriters to perform at the Hallberg Center for the Arts in an "In The Round" format, performing their original pieces of music. This month features the music from Phil Berbig, Alicia Kay & Joyann Parker live on the Freemore Stage! Phil Berbig is a favorite throughout Minnesota. He has a unique style blending a wide variety of popular songs arranged for a solo guitar player/singer and an occasional harmonica.

Pasta 101 Class

In this class you will learn how to make pasta by hand with a basic and delicious recipe you can replicate over and over. This class will involve mixing the dough and shaping the dough into spaghetti type noodles. We will not be cooking in this class! You will bring your pasta home and be able to cook it for dinner that night. You will get a dough knife/bench scraper to take home as a gift for when you make pasta again!

Fused Glass Christmas Tree

NEW! Students will make a beautiful Christmas tree in this beginner’s glass. These little trees will be perfect for your mantel, tabletop, or even as a gift for a co-worker’s desk. Students will start the class by painting a block for their base. Then students can select a pre-cut tree in a variety of colors, which they will “decorate” using scrap glass, nuggets, stringers, noodles, and frit. After, students will have the opportunity to add some finishing touches to their tree bases. Projects will be fused and ready for pickup the following week.
